We produce precision CNC long turned and milled parts for the precision engineering industry, beginning with a series of 1 piece with a diameter of up to 32 millimeters or an edge length of 22 mm – burr and chip-free. The production of complete assemblies is no problem for us either. Downstream cleaning of parts is done on a state-of-the art automatic degreasing device with ultrasound. Products will be degreased for you as necessary individually in blister packs with special programs where even spots that are difficult to access are degreased. The ultrasonic treatment removes chips from the inside as well, so this is an ideal combination of the processes of degreasing and removal of residual chips.
